Meeting with Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh – CCT, Commercial Taxes Department

On 04 November, 2024 Vice Presidents CA Ashish Rohatgi & Shri Purushottam Agarwal, Taxation Committee Mentor Shri Arun Khowala and Chairman Shri Alok Poddar met Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh – CCT, Commercial Taxes Department at his office to discuss various issues related to GST w. r. t. cl. 65, 73, 74, etc. and other issues.
The CCT heard the suggestions patiently for near 1 and half hour and suggested to submit issues with some examples.
He also suggested that GST Registered entities must display their GST Registration No. on their premises to avoid fine/ penalty.
