Bihar Industries Association-“80th Annual Function “

Inaugural of the 80th Annual Function was held today in the BIA premises.
Hon’ble Dy. Chief Minister Shri Samrat Choudhary graced the function as Chief Guest and Hon’ble Industry-cum-Tourism Minister Shri Nitish Mishra as Distinguished Guest. Hon’ble Mayor Smt. Sita Sahoo & Dy. Mayor Smt. Reshmi Chandravanshi were also present as esteemed Guest.
President Shri KPS Keshri welcomed the Guests.
S.P.Jain Memorial Award was awarded to M/s. UltraTech Cements which was received by Shri Amrendra Kumar – Jt. Vice President, B. P. Gupta Memorial Award was presented to M/s. Mithila Flour Mills, which was received by Shri Shiv Bhagwan Gupta, S. R. Rungta Memorial Award was presented to M/s. Commercial Steel Engg. Corporation which was received by Shri Sanjay Kr. Khemka and D. P. Saboo Memorial Award was presented to Er. K. P. Bhawsinka this year by Hon’ble Industry-cum-Tourism Minister Shri Nitish Mishra ji.
Out going Office bearers this year – Vice President Shri Narendra Kumar, Secretary General Shri Gaurav Sah and Treasurer Shri Manish Kumar were also felicitated by Hon’ble Minister for their invaluable services to BIA.
Also, this year, for the first time,momentos were presented to former Office Bearers of BIA, by Hon’ble Dy. Chief Minister Shri Samrat Choudhary ji for their invaluable service in the past.
More than 250 Members of BIA including Govt. officials, Press & electronic media persons and other important personalities were present to grace the occasion .
Shri Mahesh Jalan was the master of the ceremony.
The Annual Function concluded with Vote of Thanks by Secretary General Shri Gaurav Sah.
