Awareness Programme on NGT Compliance (O.A. No. 593 of 2017)

On 05th June, 2025 an Awareness Programme on NGT Compliance (O.A. No. 593 of 2017) was organised in BIA.

Shri S. N. Jaiswal – Scientific Advisor, Bihar State Pollution Control Board, Parna detailed about mandatory requirements and facilities to be installed by different category of Units who discharge water effluent from their Units.
He attended to queries raised by over 80 Representatives from Jamalpur and Samastipur Railway, Dairy, Ethanol, Sugar Mills, Rolling Mills, distillery and beverages Units, leather processing units, textile units, etc. who participated in this important program.
President Shri K. P. S Keshri, VP Shri Prem Narayan Pd., Secretary general Shri Amarnath Jaiswal, Former Presidents Shri Arun Agarwal & Shri Ram Lall Khetan, Shri G. P. Singh with other esteemed Members of the Association with Press and Media graced this very informative program.
